An established Japanese brand within the Australian Automotive and Motorsport Industry are seeking an aspiring Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their head office based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney for an immediate start!!

Responsibilities include:

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to encourage and execute national, state and local promotions and projects on behalf of their individual dealers.
You will be responsible for identifying marketing needs with the national dealer group and working closely with the stores to put together local marketing campaigns. 
With a focus on internal and external stakeholder management, whilst this role is predominantly office based you will be required to travel interstate to offices and suppliers on a weekly basis.
Work closely with BDE's and BDM's to manage promotional materials, point of sale and localised marketing campaigns.
Maintain a cooperative and collaberative approach at all times; This positions stands as an alterante point of contact to the Marketing Manager to all staff managers, stores and prospective suppliers.
Undertake other tasks as requested by Management.

Experience required:

A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing environment
Ability to generate simple, clear and actionable communication
A good understanding of the automotive / motorsport industry
Proactive, highly organised approach with the ability to coordinate a number of projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to project a professional image and excellent telephone etiquette
A great team player, proactively assisting others
Be self motivated, creative, possess enthusiasm for the role
Degree Qualified

 

Applicants are required to drive manual vehicles so MUST maintain a current Driver's license recognised by New South Wales.
